Shipping / Tracking Info
We ship all ground shipments via UPS unless prohibited by size or weight. In these cases, we will ship with FedEx or freight/truck carrier.
GMP Performance has an extensive inventory of items that can be shipped from its warehouse in Charlotte, NC. All orders placed by noon will ship the same day. Your internal GMP order number is entered into UPS WorldShip as the reference number. You are able track your order using this number past 6pm EST on the actual shipment date. Just logon to http://www.ups.com/WebTracking/reference?loc=en_US and correctly complete the form inquiry.
To improve logistics, GMP may utilize importer inventories located throughout the United States. Certain items ordered may be shipped direct from these locations to the end user.
Next day and second day delivery available in most cases for an extra charge upon customer's request. COD is not accepted at this time.
All goods paid by credit card will be shipped to the billing address only. NO EXCEPTIONS.
GMP delivers all of its goods to the respective carrier properly boxed to prevent damage. Damage incurred during transit is the sole responsibility of the carrier. All items are insured for full value. If a package appears damaged when you receive it, indicate the condition of the package, listing specific damages on your receipt from the carrier along with your signature. If damage is discovered after opening the package, notify GMP and the respective carrier immediately. Claims for damage must be handled through the carrier. If necessary, we will assist you in any claim to the degree practical. Replacement orders will be delivered after carrier approves the claim. Immediate replacement items are treated as a new and identical order that will be charged until claim is resolved.
Please inspect all merchandise carefully before installing it on the car. This includes, but is not limited to, mounting tires, painting, or modifying the product in any way, shape, or form. In order to make a damage claim, you must contact Wheel Experts before installing the product on the car. Once the item has been installed, it is considered used and is not returnable under any circumstance.
Export:
GMP Performance is able to export the majority of products to overseas markets. All international orders must be fully prepaid via wire transfer only. We do not accept credit cards for international orders. Export declaration paperwork will receive a $25 processing fee.
