We are looking for an experienced technician who knows and loves either Audi/BMW/Mercedes/Porsche and/or VW to be part of our growing team that shares in our German automotive and Motorsport passion to perform local installations, service, diagnostics and repairs.

Required Qualifications:

+ Mechanical aptitude, and a clear understanding of automotive technology, function, and design. In-depth knowledge of suspension, braking, exhaust, turbo, electrical, and engine/drivetrain system design and engineering principles.
+ Must be skilled with hand tools, as we primarily don't use air tools.
+ Flexible and teamwork-oriented attitude. Must work well with others in a professional and positive way. No big egos or "never wrong" attitudes, please.
+ Ability to follow oral and written instructions with attention to detail. + Ability to follow and embrace policies and procedures to ensure consistent department function and quality.

+ Perform multipoint inspections with photographs to support recommendations. Our clients are particular with their vehicles and want them in top shape. Our technicians outline current and future suggestions for upkeep and we have an extremely high approval rating.
+ Perform routine service and repair on German automobiles. We use a combination of AllData Pro, Motor 1 and OEM labor guides to determine labor times.
+ Our technicians are encouraged to suggest "while we are in here" preventative repairs or upgraded part options so our clients don't have to come back a few months later.
+ Install upgraded parts such as exhausts, brakes, intakes, intercoolers, wheels, coilovers, lowering/raising springs, etc.
+ Work with service writing staff to document all work performed in a understandable and transparent manner so the customer understands the service and/or repairs.

Lake Norman - Transportation & Track Support Specialist (Click Here to Apply)
We are looking for a Transportation & Track Support Specialist. This person will be in charge of driving and maintaining our equipment that we use to pickup and deliver customer cars for routine service and installations in addition to transporting them to and from the track for high performance driving events. We primarily use a Ram truck diesel dually to pull a single car and three car wedge trailer. We also have a four car semi trailer that we pull with a tractor trailer.
In addition, this person will also be onsite at track events to assist our clients with their needs during the events. This ranges from helping to load and unload their vehicles, keeping them clean throughout the event, monitoring the vehicle health, and performing service and repairs as needed.
Our passion stems from learning to drive our vehicles at High Performance Driving Events. While the majority of our business and clients are focused strictly on maintaining and driving their vehicles day to day on the street, some want to experience car control at specialized events. These events are conducted on purpose-built closed road courses that are safe and controlled environments where seasoned driving instructors ride along with enthusiasts wanting to learn the characteristics that German cars are known for. Hosted by the Audi, BMW, Mercedes Porsche and VW Car Clubs along with dedicated HPDE organizations. we attend these events to provide support with our expertise and a team of dedicated individuals. We provide a paddock setup for clients to park their vehicles with a group of like-minded enthusiasts, socialize and make sure that the vehicles remain in well-working order by checking tire pressures, checking brake pads and rotors and scanning codes that may pop-up. We have a 24' enclosed trailer that provides support for a single car and guests or a 53' four-car hauler complete with awning and lounge to experience the ultimate in trackside hospitality. We call it our bucket list track travel truck and similar to golf, a foursome gets together with their vehicles and has us transport them to renowned tracks, while they carpool or even fly directly to the event.
Job Duties

+ Get signed digital documents from customers as it relates to transport.
Requirements
+ Valid Commercial Drivers License (CDL)
+ Ability to load & unload vehicles with extreme caution to prevent any damage.
+ Ability to lift heavy equipment.
+ Professional etiquette, appearance and positive attitude are a must.
+ A humble demeanor with the ability to listen to customer.
+ CUSTOMER SERVICE. Must be willing to take care of customers.
+ Must have a flexible schedule to work weekends.
+ Flexibility to travel to and from customer homes and track events mostly within a few hour radius of the Lake Norman and Charlotte area.
+ Flexibility to occasionally travel on longer trips to racetracks such as Sebring, FL, Watkins Glen NY, Birmingham, AL and Austin, TX.
