This customer had some issues with his K40 Caliber radar/laser system. He contacted K40 who suggested giving us a call. After discussing the problems with the customer we sent our van and trailer down to retrieve the Ferrari. Upon arrival we did an inspection of the installation and found a few items that could have been done better. Once we pointed out the issues with the install and showed him the way we do things, he elected to return the car to the dealership that installed the system to fix their errors.
