2007 Porsche Cayman S w. B&M Short Shifter, Sprintbooster, Catback Exhaust, Racetech seat and more

This 2007 Porsche Cayman S came in and had various parts installed to make it more suitable for the track.  We started by building custom seat brackets in house so that  the customer could put in his race seats replacing the OEM Porsche seats, we also designed the brackets so that the customer would not hit his head on the roof with his helmet while he was on the track. After hours of work and custom fabrication we upgraded the ECU with the APR software to give it more power. We then installed Bilstein PSS9 Coilovers to give the car a more aggressive ride, as well as better traction for the track. The latest addition are Fabspeed Headers with High Flowing Cats, this gives the car a very distinct and throaty sound and also adds to the power of the car. Along with the Fabspeed Headers the car is equipped with a top of the line Speedart Catback exhaust. This really adds to the sound of the car. After the exhaust was complete we added a sprintbooster, this is a very common upgrade we sell and the customers are always pleased with the outcome of this product. So far the crew at GMP is very pleased with what we have done to the car, but most importantly the customer is very satisfied with the outcome of his 2007 Porsche Cayman S.

Cracked Cats

We discovered that the cats had cracked as a result of upgraded sway bar end-links contacting the exhaust system during hard loaded corners. We replaced the cats with an upgraded set of aftermarket higher flowing cats.
