The owner of this 2012 Hyundai Genesis Coupe came to us with one thing in mind, to make his Genesis stand out from the rest. The plan of action included starting with a set of HRE 563R wheels wrapped in Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires and a HKS coilover system. The wheels picked for the job were 19x8.5 with 245/40ZR19 up front and 19x9.5 with 275/35ZR19 out back. The factory TPMS sensors were moved to the HRE wheels that were then mounted and road force balanced before being installed on the car. The HKS coilover system unfortunately did not go as smoothly due to factory changes of the sway bar end link mounting location in the 2011+ Genesis Coupes as you can see in the pictures below. At this point a Stance coilover system replaced the HKS system and the installation went smoothly. After this short delay the Genesis made its way to the alignment rack and everything was set to spec. Now this 2012 Hyundai Genesis Coupe 3.8 Track was ready to get out on the roads and no longer just blend in with the crowd.
