The past few years, we had enjoyed our annual trips to the IMSA Petit Le Mans at Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta with Unitronic JDC Miller's race team. Formerly riding along with their RS3 TCR car, this year was slightly different as Mikey Taylor and Chris Miller hit the track in a gorgeously powerful Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS Clubsport. Sunday morning, we hit the road for our 50th Anniversary Mountain Cruise — a scenic drive from Charlotte to the NC mountains. After gathering at GMP CLT with coffee and doughnuts, the group cruised to Appalachian Ski Mountain where we were welcomed by the team at Appalwood Smokehouse for a custom BBQ buffet. With smoked meats, vegetarian options, and a dessert spread of pies and cakes, it was the perfect way to end the weekend.
