Stainless Steel Brake Line Install (Labor1)

We offer stainless steel line sets to replace the stock rubber lines which are extremely heat resistant and do not swell.

The brake lines on a car are rubber and can expand under extreme load and heat and deteriorate with age resulting in brake fade.

Most cars have 2 front lines and 2 or 4 rear lines. The replacement process is a simple one that can be done independently, or in combination with a brake pad/rotor install or brake flush.

The brake fluid will also need to be completely drained and replaced with fresh fluid so that the lines and system is flushed from any contamination. This is a seperate service that is recommended to be performed every two years, regardless of mileage to eliminate oxygen contamination which boils inside the brake fluid system causing brake pedal fade.
