GE1R Centerlock

Designed exclusively for professional racing applications, the 8-spoke center locking Forgeline GE1R combines the latest in advanced wheel technology, including one piece forged monoblock construction, motorsport engineered design, I-beamed spokes, and I-beamed spoke spans to deliver great looks and race-ready capability.

The Forgeline GE1R is a fully-forged one-piece monoblock wheel. Utilizing manufacturing technology similar to our very successful GA1R wheel, the concave 8-spoke design of the GE1R looks great and allows plenty of room for caliper clearance and extreme brake fitment. The one-piece monoblock forging and computer-simulated FEA design process yield a wheel that is very lightweight, extremely stiff, and has excellent fatigue strength. The GE1R is engineered specifically for Porsche center lock racing applications and is equipped with a special center lock to accommodate the Porsche Cup Car and RSR hub assembly.

The GE1R is machined from a single forging of 6061-T6 aluminum. It is currently available in 18, 19, 20, and 21-inch diameters. (Please Note: Depending on size, the GE1R may be available in deep, medium, or shallow concave profiles. See sizing chart for details.) And just like any Forgeline wheel, the GE1R is available with fully customizable finish options.

VEHICLE TAILORED FITMENTS

Custom made-to-order means that we engineer and build every set of forged wheels one-at-a-time from scratch for each individual customer and each unique vehicle application. This consists of not only building the style of wheel and finish color that you want, but also delivering custom sizes and fitments to best match your vehicle and your intended application. Within the limits determined by the wheel style and the forging from which it is made, in most cases, we can create a custom size, lug pattern, and backspace/offset to create the perfect fitment for almost any application!

CUSTOM FINISHING

Every Forgeline forged wheel is individually custom finished in-house at our Dayton, Ohio manufacturing facility. This resource-intensive process starts with a painstaking hand-grinding, sanding, & inspection process and concludes with a high-quality hand-applied powder coat that is more consistent & more durable than what would otherwise be possible with a mass-produced alternative. Virtually any color is available, including a large selection of in-stock color options. Three piece wheels can even be finished with different custom color combinations on the center, inner rim, & outer rim!

Every Forgeline wheel is engineered using computer-simulated finite element analysis and tested beyond SAE standards using real-world load variables to ensure strength, safety, and performance. Innovative features like I-beamed spokes, hidden titanium ARP fasteners, meticulously-engineered centers, and complex manufacturing techniques (like those found in our flagship three-piece competition wheel, the GA3R) ensure that Forgeline wheels are strong, fast, and stunning.

Forgeline wheels are machined from heat-treated 6061-T6 aluminum that is forged on a 6000-ton hydraulic press. This forging process aligns the grain structure, reduces porosity, and increases uniformity in the material, creating the highest strength-to-weight ratios and the most consistent quality. On average, our forgings are 40% stronger than cast aluminum.
