Installation

Installation for the RW hood is quite simple, as it uses OEM mounting locations. Installation can be completed in around 1-2 hours and requires standard hand tools. If you need installation, we can get it done for you!

• Note: Your OEM hood struts are engineered with a heavier metal hood in mind and are not intended for carbon fiber hoods. We recommend removing the struts or replacing them with a strut with less resistance. When closing the hood, do not slam it but rather apply even pressure with the palms of your hands to get the hood to latch in place. Not following these instructions can lead to premature cracking or damage.
