RETURNS:

Products may be returned within 15 (fifteen) days from date of invoice. There are absolutely no returns on electrical items, special orders or used/installed items-no exceptions. To return merchandise, an RA (Return Authorization) Form with Authorization Number must be obtained. The RA number form must appear on the outside of the box. Unauthorized returns will be refused at the loading dock. All returns must be freight prepaid, and a 20% restocking/re-boxing charge will apply. Product must be repacked in the original packaging, unless damaged, with protective materials. All loose items must be secured to prevent damage. Improper packaging will affect the credit.

WARRANTIES: No warranties of merchantability, fitness for particular purposes, affirmation of fact or other warranty, express or implied other than any available manufacturers’ warranties, are extended or granted by the seller to the purchaser.
