We offer international shipping on most of our products. Due to the international shipping requirements, we have a couple of points we need to address prior to processing your inquiry.
Rates
International shipping rates vary greatly and shipping costs are calculated individually. We are able to deliver to most parts of the world that have delivery service. We make every attempt to ship as cost effective as possible. To get the most accurate rate, we need your complete address. We can also ship to a local airport and this can dramatically decrease the pricing.
Insurance
We insure the products for the exact amount to protect you as the buyer. This sometimes limits the shippers and services available. However, we can also ship without insuring the package to save costs but if it gets lost, you will not be able to recoup the cost of the item since it wasn’t insured.
Payment
All payments for international shipping orders can be made via wire transfer or Paypal. We do not accept international credit cards.
Gifting
The values must be accurately stated on the packages for customs and insurance purposes. We cannot ship packages as ‘gifts’ due to the fact that we are a commercial business and are responsible for the taxes.
Duties & Taxes
Duties and taxes are billed to the receiver and are not included in the shipping costs. The value of the shipment has to match the invoice. We cannot adjust the invoice amount in order to save on duties and taxes, because we as the shipper will be liable for customs fraud.
